Terms of Service
The agreement between you and ImportReady. It is written to be read, so it is short and it says what it means. Where a clause limits what we promise, it says why.
1. Who you are agreeing with
ImportReady is operated by Haryz Adil, a sole trader in Morocco. In these terms “we” and “us” mean Haryz Adil trading as ImportReady, and “you” means the person or business using the service.
Your purchase, however, is not made with us directly. Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record: it is the seller on the transaction, it takes the payment, it is the name on your receipt, and it calculates and remits the tax. These terms govern your use of the software. The refund policy explains how the two fit together, and who does what when you ask for your money back.
By using ImportReady you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it — the Pre-Flight Report is free and needs no account, so you can stop at any point without owing anything.
2. What the service is
ImportReady reads a supplier product file, tells you what will break a Shopify catalog import before you run it, and produces a Shopify product CSV. It is software delivered over the web. It is not a service where a person edits your catalog for you, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Shopify.
There are two levels of access. The Pre-Flight Report is free, needs no account, and reports what it found in your file. A paid plan adds column mapping, AI enrichment of missing fields, the row-by-row diff, and the export itself. The pricing page states the plans, the monthly product volumes and the prices, and those figures are part of this agreement.
3. Your account and your files
Accounts are created by email link rather than a password, so keeping your email account secure is what keeps your ImportReady account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe someone else has access to it.
Your data stays yours. Uploading a file grants us permission to process it in order to produce your report and your export, and nothing else. We do not acquire any ownership of your catalog, your product data or your export, and we do not sell, license or share it. Your file is deleted in the same request that reads it. What we keep afterwards, and what is sent to an AI model, is set out in full on the privacy and data retention page, which forms part of these terms.
You confirm that you have the right to upload the files you upload, and you agree not to use ImportReady to process data you are not permitted to process.
4. What we promise, and the one thing we do not
We promise the service does what this site says it does: it reads your file, it names the blockers it finds, it reports the exact number of rows in and out, and it marks every field an AI model wrote rather than passing it off as yours.
We do not promise that your import will succeed, and we will not promise it in a contract when we have removed the claim from our marketing. What we sell is detection, not a guarantee. A Shopify import depends on your store’s configuration, your theme, your apps, your image URLs and Shopify’s own behaviour on the day, and we control none of those. A Pre-Flight Report that finds no blockers means we found none — it does not mean none exist.
Fields written by an AI model are inferences from your own data. They are marked as inferred everywhere they appear, and checking them before you upload is your job, not ours. Where the model could not answer, the field is left blank with a reason rather than filled with a guess.
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is, without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
5. Acceptable use
Do not do any of the following. The list is short and it is the whole list.
- Resell or redistribute access to ImportReady as if it were your own product. Using it on behalf of your own clients is expressly allowed — that is what the Agency plan is for.
- Attempt to break, overload or circumvent the service, its rate limits, its plan volumes or its authentication.
- Upload content you have no right to upload, or use the service to generate content that is unlawful.
- Use automated means to extract the service’s own outputs at scale in order to build a competing product.
If you do, we may suspend or close your account. Where that happens and you have paid for a period you cannot now use, we refund the unused part — a suspension is not a way for us to keep your money.
6. Paying, renewing and cancelling
Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel, at the price shown when you bought. Prices on the pricing page exclude tax; Lemon Squeezy adds VAT or sales tax at checkout according to where you are. The one-off migration product does not renew.
You can cancel at any time, from your account page, without asking us. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running to the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
Refunds are a separate matter from cancellation, and they have their own page: we refund in full within 14 days of a purchase, for any reason.
If we change a price, the change applies to your next renewal and never to a period you have already paid for, and we tell you by email before it takes effect.
7. AI processing
Filling in missing fields uses a third-party AI model. Which fields can ever be sent, which can never be sent, who the provider is and what that provider does with the data are all stated in detail on the privacy and data retention page. Your cost prices, SKUs, barcodes, supplier identifiers and prices of any kind are never sent to any model.
You can switch AI enrichment off entirely, from your account page, and it takes effect immediately. With it off, nothing from your workspace reaches a model and the rest of the product works exactly as before.
8. Availability
We do not commit to an uptime percentage, and we would rather say that plainly than publish a figure we have not measured. There is no service level agreement attached to any plan. We run the service continuously and we fix what breaks; if an outage stops you using a period you have paid for, write to us and we will put it right.
We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue something you are paying for, we tell you by email and refund the unused part of your period.
9. Liability
Where we are liable to you, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or the consequences of a catalog import you chose to run — section 4 explains why that limit is honest rather than defensive.
If you never paid us anything, because you used only the free Pre-Flight Report, then the free service is provided as it is and our liability for it is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the foot of this page is when they last changed. If a change materially reduces what you get or increases what you owe, we email you before it takes effect and you may cancel and take a refund under the refund policy rather than accept it. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law, and how to reach a person
These terms are governed by the law of Morocco, and the courts of Morocco have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
Before anybody involves a court, write to [email protected]. It is one inbox and a person reads it. Almost everything that reaches this section is a misunderstanding that an email settles. The contact page says what else that address can do for you.
Last updated 7 September 2026. These terms describe the product as it is built today, not as it is planned. If a future feature changes what is true here, this page changes before that feature ships.
